FAQ
Do you only take photos of pets?
No. Family Friends Photography does sessions for family portraits,
Seniors, Babies, engagement, and weddings!!
How knowledgeable are you about animals?
Before each session I will call you to learn about your specific
request and learn about your requested session. If this is a Pet
session I cam make a preliminary visit to your home to make sure
your animal is comfortable with the photographer upon request.
I've attended several obedience training sessions with my own dog.
I've participated in photo sessions involving close ups with wild life
and been inside an enclosure with wolves. I've photographed such
events as Frisbee demonstrations and Pet Festivals.
What are your qualifications?
I have received a Certificate of Photography from IUPUI. I've also
participated in several photography contests. I had 3 photos
chosen for display at the 2005 Indiana State Fair.
How long does a photo session last?
Most sittings can be performed between 45 minutes and one hour.
Larger numbers of animals and/or people that are in the photos will
most likely require more time. There is a follow up meeting to drop
off your proofs. You get to take as long as you need to decide which
photos, items or packages you would like to order.
Can I help during the photo session?
If it will make you feel comfortable with the session. We encourage
you to. You know your animal better than anyone. His/her favorite
treats, toys, words that get attention.
Do you photograph other animals besides dogs and cats?
Yes, We are available to photograph horses, snakes, tigers,
monkeys, aardvarks, etc. If you have one, I'll photograph it!
What are your regular store hours?
Our location is a traveling studio that comes to you at hours that will
be convenient for you. Please, give us a call and arrange for your
own personal session. I have also performed photo sessions at
various parks and public areas upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, checks and money orders are preferred. If you wish to pay by
credit card, I can send you an invoice by email through paypal.
Payment is not required until you have your final images in hand.
How will I receive my products?
We can hand deliver to you or you can pick up from us. We can also
ship U.S. Post Office express mail. Shipping charges are on us
and free to you for regular sized orders. Very large orders may
require a small shipping fee.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Products can be returned for a full refund with no questions asked.
If you are unsatisfied but would like to have new photos, we will set
up a second session free of charge. If after the second session you
are still unsatisfied, you keep the proofs from your sessions and
there will be no cost to you.
